The Riverbend townhouse development built between 1980 and 1984 is one of the premier townhouse developments in North Brunswick and Middlesex County. The style is contemporary with vertical wood siding and mature extensive landscaping set on about 12.5 acres. It is a small development of 142 townhouses inside the larger development of Hidden Lakes. All units are detached and have a 1 car garage, full basement and at least 2 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. There is a mix of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units with one model having a master bedroom on the first floor. Ownership in this development is fee simple and the homeowner is responsible for the maintenance of the exterior of their unit.
Right now there are only 2 townhouses for sale in the Riverbend community. Here is a link to those 2 townhouses: Townhouses FOR SALE in Riverbend community in North Brunswick
In the past 12 months only 7 homes have sold within the Riverbend community. Here is a link to those 7 properties: Townhouses SOLD in Riverbend community in North Brunswick
