New Jersey Sees Q3 Leasing Rebound

Q3 2024 saw a strong rebound in industrial and office leasing activity across Northern and Central New Jersey.
Industrial leasing saw ↑ 53.7% increase compared to last year, reaching its highest level since Q1 2022.
